PROCESS VALVES

DUST COLLECTOR

Any process application for Silo Top, Hopper Vent, Bulk bag filling station, etc,,, all fabrication with the best quality with stainless steel schedule 10-16 according customer requirements. Area filtration range of 0.5-35 m2 with air ratio 4 or 5 if product is powder or with high gr/m3 of fines; more often include cage with polyester bags/teflon that cartridge polypleat. Performance according outlet air <10 mg/m3 is a plus.

PROCESS FILTRATION

As manufacturer of filter media, we supply framed leaf filters for vertical pressure leaf filters, horizontal pressure leaf filters and horizontal plate (disc) pressure filters. With horizontal and vertical leaf filtration, the slurry is pumped under pressure into a vessel that is fitted with a stack of vertical leaves that serve as filter elements. Each leaf filter has a centrally located neck at its bottom which is inserted into a manifold that collects the filtrate. The filter leaf is constructed with ribs on both sides to allow free flow of filtrate towards the neck and is covered with coarse mesh screens that normally support the finer woven metal screens or filter cloth that retain the cake. Instead of the wire mesh or filter cloth, we have a superior alternative.
